1.Palak Mucchal:
Here’s my grand salute to my favorite female singer in the Bollywood industry. She is as sweet as her songs are. She is none other than Palak Mucchal. Yes, Palak Mucchal.

From her childhood, she started collecting money through her singing talent for heart patient treatment. She is still doing this social work.
Palak founded her organization by the name of Palak Mucchal Heart Foundation as a helping hand for heart patients.
Her beliefs are that the more you spread a smile, the more it comes back to you with multiplication, so keep spreading smiles.
For this social service, her name is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of World Records.
Palak and her brother Palash are both involved in charity work for heart patients. While the heart surgery is underway, Palak chants mantras for the longevity of heart patients in the operation theatre.
Palak has now become the godfather of such patients. She gave a number of heart patients new life. Let’s give a big round of applause to Palak and Palash for such amazing social service.
2. Deepika Padukone:
We can only see a person on screen performing a character, but we are unaware of their practice before performing the character.
Creating emotions as per the character’s role is a huge responsibility.

As an audience, we don’t know about actors’ personal lives; we only know their smiling faces and fame, but being an actor is not as easy as you see on the screen.
Who guarantees you that name, fame, and money will bring you happiness? Nobody can assure you. Isn’t it!
On a mental level, there are many ups and downs, and Deepika Padukone was not an exception.
She was diagnosed with depression in 2014. She went through periods of crying uncontrollably, feeling empty within, being lost, and not knowing what to do.
India is the only country that is so stigmatized in the case of mental health issues simply due to a lack of awareness and knowledge about mental health.
We take every precaution for our physical health, schedule doctor’s appointments, and use medications for better treatment, but what about our mental health?
The fear of what my friends will say or what society will say about me — that’s what stops us from speaking about it.
Smiling in front of people is really hard when you know something is going wrong inside. It’s too exhausting.
It’s acceptable to feel depressed, want to cry uncontrollably, feel like staying indoors instead of going outside, or want to commit suicide because these feelings are all brought on by biochemical imbalances in the brain, which everyone experiences occasionally.
Even if you feel that the world is against you because you are unimportant, remember that you are not alone and that there are others who support you.
Do not be afraid to discuss your mental health concerns and get help from a psychologist or a psychiatrist.
Deepika Padukone opened up about her depression in front of the public on news channels, despite the fact that she is a well-known Bollywood actor.
She said it wasn’t about her, but rather for those who are experiencing mental illness who would dare to take charge of their mental health by listening to her.
She added that it would be great if she could help just one person and save their life.
This journey of depression encouraged Deepika to establish the Live Love Laugh foundation to spread mental health awareness and give patients medical help.
3. Muniba Mazari:
Muniba Mazari is such a pretty woman. When I heard her story, the perspective I had been living with changed drastically. Even when I am having a bad time, her story helps me to think differently.
People call her the Iron Lady of Pakistan. She got married at the age of 18, but after two years of marriage, she and her husband had an accident. Her husband jumped out of the car to save himself, but she stayed inside.

Muniba was badly injured. Her lungs and liver couldn’t work well. She couldn’t breathe. She was paralyzed as a result of a spinal cord injury and was confined to a bed for two years.
She could not paint and even give birth to a child. That is the very collapsing moment for every mother, and she was not an exception.
Muniba’s mother gave her a light of hope that “This shall pass, God has a bigger plan for you.” She then realized that words have the power to heal the soul.
She listed down her fears on paper and overcame them one at a time. She accepted that she couldn’t give birth to a child, so she adopted a child.
She is the best anchor. She was the national goodwill ambassador for UN Pakistan where she talks on gender equality and diversity.
The secret behind her smile is that she never thinks or worries about what she lost. She believes the things or people who are meant for me will always there for me.
This was the story of Muniba that made me realize the real essence of life.
